Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO HOLD OR SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. While Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay are our preferred method of payment. NO Checks accepted. NEW CLIENT POLICY We ask that new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their service to fill out the necessary paperwork and get settled. If you do not arrive 10 minutes before your service, the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind we may have other appointments after yours. We will always do our best to accommodate you. BOOKING POLICY Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE! A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments, however, you may pay as you please upon arrival. We strongly suggest pre-booking any lash extension fills after your service before leaving the studio to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes. CANCELLATION POLICY 24 hours prior to the appointment will not be charged cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations (within the 24 hours of service time) will be charged 50% of the service. If you have to cancel your appointment due to being late that is considered a last minute cancellation. NO CALL/ NO SHOW POLICY We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 1 no show you will not be able to book an appointment unless a deposit of half the service is paid at time of booking. Also if you no call/no show you will risk possibly being banned from booking again. Absolutely no refunds. LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. In the event 24 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session. CHILDREN POLICY Please, no children in the treatment room. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. Please have a care provider accompany children under 12 in the lobby, unfortunately we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect. LASH EXTENSION POLICY 48 hours guarantee to fix minor problems free of charge on lash FULL SET. If you are not satisfied with the new set and want a full removal it will require a removal fee. If you want a new set after removal, you will be charged for the full set. No exceptions. If you alter or cut the lash extensions you will void any guarantee on the service. You will be charged removal fee if a removal is needed, or if a new set is needed you will be charged a full set. TRANSFER FILL POLICY Please book for TRANSFERRING CLIENTS!!! All transfer eyelash extension fills are subject to evaluation prior to fill. If unable to fill due to current state they will require a removal and new set, no exceptions. MAKEUP POLICY Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $10 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection. EYELASH EXTENSION FILL APPOINTMENT POLICY If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. 1 WEEKS FILL || 3-7 days || great for touch up 2 WEEKS FILL || 8 -14 days || No more than 30% loss of initial set 3 WEEK FILL || 15 - 21 days || No more than 40% loss of initial set 4+ WEEK FILL || 22 days + || If lashes are less than 40% You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have lash retention, lashes need maintenance at least every 3 weeks to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out. ALLERGIC REACTION If you have an allergic reaction to the adhesive for the lash extensions and cannot wear them they can be removed free of charge but no refund will be given. BROW LAMINATION/TINT POLICY Please come in with clean brows and preferably lightly exfoliated. This will help remove makeup residue, dry or dead skin and prep them for lamination with or without tint. LASH LIFT/TINT POLICY Please come in with clean lashes and no make up on or around the eyes. WAXING ETIQUETTE We understand, very rarely, hair might be missed. To get your money's worth, we have a 2 DAY revisit policy. When scheduling, please inform your wax expert, you're here for a touch up, and we'll gladly correct it for you. AGE POLICY Clients must be at least 16 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation. CELL PHONE POLICY We ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session. PATCH TEST Apply 10 lashes each eyes to see how clients reacts with glue. Recommend to do 24 to 48 hours prior to service.
